Type 3: 3 Year Graphene Ceramic Coating is a TEOS-based ceramic coating designed to be easy to apply while delivering enhanced gloss, slickness, and long-term protection.
The TEOS (Tetraethyl Orthosilicate) formulation helps reduce clogging and provides exceptional fracturing resistance, making this coating reliable and user friendly for both enthusiasts and professional detailers.
A foam applicator pad is included for application.
DIY Detail 3 Year Ceramic Graphene Coating is safe and effective on a wide range of exterior surfaces, including:

Surface Prep:
- Start with a clean, dry, and fully decontaminated surface.
- Surface temperature must be above 50°F (10°C) and remain there for at least 1 hour.
- For best results, prep the surface using DIY Detail Panel Prep or C6 Ceramics Adhesion Promoter Polish (APP).
Application Method:
- Apply 8–10 drops to the applicator and spread over the surface.
- For additional panels, apply 2–3 drops.
- Allow to flash, then level with a Level One Towel & follow behind with a Freebird 400 towel.
Post-Application Care:
- Vehicle can return to service after 1 hour
- Wash using DIY Detail Rinse Less Wash after 3 days
- Full cure achieved in 7 days
